If you're suffering with anxiety, listen up please..
😪😪I suffered panic attacks for years...😪😪
I was unable to work, drive, or leave my house. VIsions of danger and dying filled my head every day..
It was incredibly scary 👻👻, painful and debilidating, but I sought help (rather than take drugs. Drugs and me don't have a good relationship).
In time, I came to understand the root of my anxiety, locked deep within my psyche and fueled by a chaotic childhood and unconscious beliefs and patterns that had me living in a contracted state that was feeding the very anxiety I was trying to
avoid.
It's a vicious circle. But it's a learned behaviour...the 'want you resist persists' comes to mind here. When we push away, it only makes it stronger.
🥳🥳 I haven't had a panic attack or daily anxiety in 30 years. Nor is my anxiety running the show anymore. It's not a part of my life anymore...🥳🥳
And it's not about necessarily doing less (us woman are busy!). It's about getting to the root of the thinking pattern and the resultant nervous system disregulation.
Here's the key: you gotta change your beliefs and conditioning, the very unconscious habits that have been with you your entire life, and that YOU created as a way to survive. ANd listening to another
podcast or reading another self help book is not going to create lasting change. It's still just an intellectual experience.
