All have different stories...but all come from the same cloth...a strong desire to be seen, loved, to love, to grow, expand, understand and lay down a foundational structure that leads to health and healing on all levels...

To have a strong, lean(er) body perhaps (it's not every woman's dream to lost weight, remember...), to age well, flexible, healthy...

To have a strong and awake mindset that lets go of the old stories, the tired and untrue things we tell ourselves to fit in, comply, keep the peace...

Passivity is not an attribute, not a Life Value...it's a learned behaviour, a distraction, a fear-based attribute that was implaned in us decades ago...perhaps lifetimes ago...without our knowledge or conscious consent..

Let's keep you in your place, little girl...don't be too smart, too pretty, too successful, too powerful....

And still, most women look to the Body, and say, 'If I just lose the weight / get into better shape / go back 10 or 20 years, I'll be happy.'

To this I say Turn it Around...when you feel joyful, aligned, in Flow, authentic and unafraid, you WILL lose the weight, get your body healthy...

Everything is Frequency.🌎🌎

We've only touched on, and worked on Module 1 out of 8 modules, and the shifts and 'aha' moments are pretty Friggin' incredible.

So much discovered, opened up...and still, so much more to go...I'm excited for you all...

And I am reminded of how much I love this Work, how much I wish this Work was around when I fumbled through my 20's, 30's...until I hit that breaking point that changed me....but more importantly, because I made the decision to Want to Change...

And I still do...each and every day. In a life filled with challenge, doubt, hardship....navigating the best way I know how...

This Work doesn't end. We don't get to 'arrive' at the finish line. That's life.

But the Process, the Journey and Who We Become Along the Way is the Gift. This is the definition of a Life well Lived.

Every step, every rep, every trip and fall...it ALL matters. All of it.

It is what we glean from it that matters...🍾🍾

Every woman I talk to, whether in private, in a free strategy call that is always out there, in this group work, this Program or that, always says she wants change.

But to show up, be willing to 'Stay Open and Curious' (my two must-have's for success in this transformative Body and Life Work), to listen, consider, feel uncomfortable in the Truth that is drippinginto their body and psyche, as if for the first time ever...being ignited by the shifting of energies of the Sisterhood that are present...

Change requries a deep burning desire to finally stop living from where we were living from... to finally Turn the Page of age old, generational old expectations, patterns and conditioning that have kep us away from our Light, our Greatness...

THIS is the Gift.

The Offering.

Freedom.

Self love.

Alignment.

Courage.

Commitment.

Awareness.

Living from that 30,000 foot view......

This SHIFT began this week, I could see it in our call, in your homework pieces submitted....to every woman who just joined our Conscious Living Program, I am honoured and grateful you trusted the Process, me, Us...THIS......!🎯🎯

Module 2 goes out today...looking at the heart of meditation, becoming, not 'trying to 'fix' us....and see clearly how we have learned to Distract ourselves from the very Essence of Who we Are and Where we are Meant to Live from..

This is not 'hard' work', only if you resist it. It's freeing, liberating...it gives you permossion to be who you truly are and are meant to be...

Its quietly waited for you to find 'it', is all, and you're uncomfortable with these new feelings, this new language, and concepts and tools that we are being asked to take up and move forward...

Into the Body, the Life, the Future we deserve...

The one we've always been looking for, for some of us, all of our life.

And here's the good news...we don't have to go looking for it 'out there'...it's always been within us, silently and patiently waiting for us to re-discover Her...
