If you've got Back Pain, listen up!
I've suffered for years, did all the things...massage, chiro, physio etc etc. It helps for awhile, but it never 'sticks'.
Many people have tight hips, and I'm one of them (although I didn't think I was. After all, I've trained for decades!)
I'm (now) a BIG supporter of Mobility Work (it's not stretching, pilates, yoga...it's Organic Human Movement Patterns). My lower back and shoulder pain are diminishing, but it hasn't been
easy to learn these moves. But like you, I do what I need to do to Be Well. I want to live pain free in my 'sunset years'. How about you?
