I've always said that age is NOT just a number. And this can cause the tightening of tendons and ligaments.
So I'm into ✅ Mobility Work now...it's
'human organic movement patterns' that re teaches the nervous system how to act and react, because it can get 'locked in' to certain stiffening moves that just come with, well, life..like sitting too much for work, sitting in a car, sitting watching netflix, then sleeping...it ALL adds up.
My area is my back...the spine and hips in particular. And while I can squat with weights, a REAL squat is a passive, unassisted move with heels to floor...which I am STILL working on. But this little block is helping me A LOT! I wanted to share it with you all...
Squatting is so important for overall health....for mobility, flexibility and living independently.... and being pain free!~ 😎😎
