I'll tell you a secret...I used to think having the perfect body would give me the perfect life.
It worked for awhile, through my 20s and
30s, but then midlife hit and whoa....!
That was when I need to shift my mindset. I was now 'middle aged' and my body was doing things I didn't recognize.
Where did 'I' go?
And that's the roadblock all 40-50+women eventually hit, as ageing takes on a different shape and form.
Food is different.
Training too. But oh, that mindset SH*T!
So when I created my latest program, the 7-week Conscious Living Program, women were like 'yeah, that's cool, but what about the food and training
parts?'
As if the body is in charge of our happiness. It's not. But we still think 'of I lose the weight, I'll feel better'...right?
