With summer comes a tendency for us to HALT our training and healthy eating (yes, when one slips, they BOTH slip! You know it!)
Us athletes-in-training don't see it this way. We may shift it up, sure, but we know that at our age (over 40), if you're not moving forward, you're moving backward! (And we don't see it as
work, or intruding on our precious summer time..it's all part of life. OUR life!)
