Can you change
your shape at 40, 50, 60+ years of age?
You betcha!
Last week, I did our regular bodyfat measurements with my clients. One client in particular didn't lose any weight, but her bodyfat went down by 3%! And she's 58 years old.
Nice...and it shows: sculpted arms, shapely shoulders, and a tight, uplifted butt! (YAY!)
Don't let anyone tell you that you can't make progress at 'your age'.
You can, but it takes consistent training, 3-5 times a week, and you gotta lift weights! More bang for your buck, faster results, and it lifts and firms all your bodyparts!
And I LOVE seeing how it makes women excited, and more confident! They walk with a strut in their stride, and they feel more energized, alive, POWERFUL, HEALTHY!
Us women are the strongest force in the Universe, and we deserve to look and feel GREAT! We are
breaking traditions, breaking the myths, and letting our inner Warrior Women out! As I always say, 50 is NOT the new 30, 50 is the new 50! And we're rockin!
