Many people say, "But I don't eat bread." Good for you, if that's how you want to eat. But usually, I find these people are generally still holding onto excess bodyfat Why?
In my view, they are not factoring in the 'other' bread / carb stuff, like crackers (one of the largest carb carrying foods around), pasta, chips, designer coffees (yep!), treats of all sorts (we almost always choose carb treats, never do we reach for a piece of chicken or broccoli to nibble on...OOPS! Broccoli is a carb too! See how it can get away from you?).
Bread is not the issue. We are in this whole new 'trend' (and nutrition and fitnessLOVES its trends) of no gluten (along with no dairy and no fun! LOL). But what if you are NOT gluten intolerant? What if your supposed 'gut' issues are because you are eating artificials, or too
many treats? What if you feel lousy after a piece of bread because, well, your digestion is just OFF from poor choices in the other meals before, and your 'bread' is putting you over?
