Feeling old? Tired? Beat up? Perfect.....! It's time...!

Some women think they're beyond help because of their age. They think their metabolism has shut off, or changing hormones will make it impossible to make any gains. They think they've ruined their metabolism with years of dieting. They wonder if they'll look silly in the gym. They fear lifting 'heavy' weights, because they don't want to get big.

They hate cardio, fear food, tread lightly around calories, and try diet after diet, to no avail. They think they can't make any real changes to their shape or tone, because, well, they've left it too long.
I was one of 'those' women, but honestly, you CAN make changes at ANY age, but you gotta start NOW!

As a 55 year old woman, my bones are strong (no osteo here, whatsoever!), my thyroid and adrenals are strong, my calories are up, I enjoy wine, chocolate and the occasional Bin 4 Burger with ALL the fixings, AND chocolate cake for dessert.

I'm menopausal, FULL BLOWN, but I am in hormonal homeostasis (balance) for my situation, and I feel GOOD! No, I feel GREAT!

My metabolism is the way it was when I was in my 30's...no change, because I have continued to train and eat well. It's strong and functioning great.

I suffered from chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia for years, in my 40's, along with depression and debilitating panic attacks. No medication, just attention to unraveling my negative habitual ways of coping, and learning a new way, while healing my Spirit.

I have a bad right knee, a wonky right hip, a perpetually injured right shoulder, scoliosis, and lower left back issues.

I am a mother to a boy who is fully wheelchair bound, and needs constant care. His situation almost broke me, but I turned it around 'in my head' and I'm learning to move with grace, awe and acceptance.
I created and run a full online training and nutrition business with many lovely women from all walks of life. I maintain a full household with 4 pets, and I live in a lovely remote home on Vancouver Island. It is a sanctuary. Yes, I am slightly reclusive.

My passion is helping others, supporting those in need, sharing my story in hopes it can help others move out of their challenging storm. I know my purpose, and I move into it each and every day.

My life motto is 'never, ever give up.' And I won't. Ever.

Oh yeah, and I love Michael Jackson...here's me and Michael during a mini MET session yesterday a.m. Sometimes you just gotta rock it! CLICK HERE!
