Thursday night is date night for hubby and I...
So we went to our favourite local haunt for a drink.
Our waitress arrived, and my hubbies eyes widened. Yep, she certainly turned my hubby's head (and mine!). And then I realised....and smiled...and waited.
"Wow," my hubby said, "I just gotta say, you have awesome arms," he told the waitress. Yep. my guy has always been into athletic types!
LOL!
She most certainly did have awesome arms, and an awesome physique, really, from head to toe - healthy, shapely, sexy, and she definitely worked out. It showed.
And I knew that physique...oh yeah! I knew it well.
Then the waitress turned to my guy, thanked him and said, "well, it all started with Karen's 10-Week Challenge a few years back."
I always love these moments, when I get to see my
clients 'in the flesh' so to speak, and the results speak for themselves. But what made this different was that she kept up the work. Oh boy, did she.
Congrats to you Whitney, you look amazing! I am so proud of you, and I am thankful I was a part of your journey, and one that you obviously continued on with! You learned, applied, and are living the Life! And it shows!
