Fresh Eyes, 2017, will focus on supporting my Members to change their thinking, their outlook, their eating, and to train like a 40+ athlete
should train. And we're going to re-acquaint themselves with their lovely Spirit! It's a FRESH START!
It's been a tough year for a lot of people, and many of us want to put 2016 behind us. But more importantly, we want to learn a NEW way, a FRESH way to change how we live, eat, train, think, and experience the world around us. And this is being driven my WOMEN! It's a female revolution of sorts, and I'm going to help push that tide!
To start, in January, we have a 4-part Nutrition Series with Nutritionist Kristen Yarker: How to re-set your eating for REAL weight loss and physique changes in 2017! We will also look at a nice January cleanse for body and
Spirit, and I will be teaching our Spiral of Health model, a FRESH model for looking at women's health and healing for 2017! It's time we took charge of our bodies, spirits and lives!
And as we move along, I will continue to share my years' worth of teachings with Members on our Warrior Woman School
site, a one stop shopping type of web model that allows access to ALL our lessons over the years, (and support it in our Monthly Program and our Facebook Page). TONS of videos, articles, audios, interviews, seminars, webinars and more! All FREE! Here, Members can access up to date, relevant, interesting and supportive materials to help them truly live like a Warrior Woman!
