At this time of year, our Warrior Woman Group always does a nice January Cleanse.
BUT we must learn about what a cleanse is (and what it is not).
We DO
NOT cleanse to lose weight! (We don't lose FAT on a cleanse anyway (that's why we measure BODYFAT, NOT scale weight!). And we make sure we EAT when we cleanse. NO liquid only cleanses / detoxes, and NO Master Cleanses!
It's a chance for us to break our foodie habit, and create fresh, healthy ones! And I'll go over whether to use a KIT or not (another trendy thing...!)
So if
you are joining us for the 10 and 12 week Challenge, you will have access to our cleanse on your private Facebook Page, prior to the Challenge (starts Jan 13th), to KICK things off!
We start Jan 1. And we will also look at Emotional Cleansing...! Soooo important!
