In our fitness crazed world, there's a new beast on the horizon that is causing women to become obsessive, overwhelmed and downright confused about all things food related.
It's called the Food App.
I know, many of you LOVE your food app, but for those of us who have been on the scene since long before food apps, the trends and changes in women's eating and thinking habits has drastically changed, and not necessarily for the better.
This month, in my Warrior Woman Program, and my Challenges, we are learning to shed the security blanket, and learning to run our lives on our own inner cues, our
own bio feedback AND taking back the Power. This is especially true for my 40+ women (the majority of my clientele base) as we have been on this dieting rollercoaster for decades, and this APP thing is just perpetuating the myths and fear around food.
But I'm not fully against them...to a point. But at some point, you simply have to let it go, and learn the Work. Here's an article I sent out to my gals this past week, which we are discussing
for the next while, as we learn to shed the technology and live with FREEDOM.
