We all self sabotage, and when it comes to exercise, weight loss, boosting our metabolism and getting shapely and sexy, we can often get there, but not stay there, right?
In fact 93% of all who partake in a healthy living plan lose their gains within 2 years.
And worse, they can gain even more weight back, than what they started with.
So what's going on?
It's your Belief system at work at an unconscious level in your lovely brain.
See, it's just how we're wired (I won't go into the psychology of it, but it IS fascinating).
And we are wired to make 'stories' in our brains that define us, most importantly, our self identity, our strengths, our weaknesses and what we think we are capable of.
Problem is, these beliefs may not be empowering ones, and in fact many of our beliefs can often be hand-me-downs from childhood that may not be true for us, or even healthy for us!
But we don't necessarily know what these roadblocks to our health and happiness are because they are, well, unconscious.
So I've crafted a little 10 question Belief Map that I use in my coaching with new clients, that I'd love to share with you.
