I talk with women every day who are looking for that ‘one thing’ that will finally turn things around for them, once and for all.
They’re hell bent on losing the weight, and turning back the hands of time to a place where their body and their happiness were at an all-time high.
But they never really get there...still, they keep trying. (The female spirit is soooo persistent, isn't she? God bless her!)
But the truth is, you can have that awesome body and life at any point, you’ve just lost sight of the most important thing….you.
See, in our society, we’ve been taught to put everyone else first, our kids, our hubby, our parents, our work…
And after years of doing this, it becomes a habit, and we don’t even know we’re doing it.
Or, we feel that if we don’t do it, we will be seen as that selfish person, and the guilt trip we go into is not worth the change.
But I’m here to tell you that you are most certainly worth the work, and truly, it’s not hard.
You just need a road map and someone to show you how it’s done. We need to lessen the struggle, and find a food and movement plan that is easy (YES, it IS possible!)
We also need a radical change in mindset, to free you from that inner self talk that keeps you away from your light, and keeps you on that darned diet / weight loss hamster wheel that so many women are living on, year after year.
But here’s the deal: unless we shift you up emotionally and mentally, whatever plan you embark on will not stick! It's not just about a good food and exercise strategy, it also requires a bit of psychology too!
But really, it was you giving up on you. Because that’s kinda how we’re programmed…and why do we give up on ourselves? Why does 'life happen'? A bunch of reasons, and that's why I'm here! It's the best part of my coaching work!
See, it’s all based on our inner belief system, and as a certified Empowerment Coach, I am truly good at learning where you're sitting in your beliefs and self talk, and I know how to free you from those chains, so you can live from a higher place, a place of self love, acceptance, freedom and ease (when was the last time you felt any of these things, let alone all 3 at one time??)

The ‘inner soil’ has to be nurtured and nourished in order for anything to take root and grow.
And here’s the best part: it doesn’t take long, and it isn’t painful!
In fact, you will learn it’s way more painful than living from where you are, feeling frustrated, stuck and circling back to the starting gate every year, with another failed attempt at the latest diet plan, the weight keeps creeping up (ageing, right? NO!), and you lose your mojo.
And this lacklustre sense of self seeps into everything – your marriage, your parenting, your work, your view of life.
I’ve had many clients say that they did years of therapy, and in just a few short session with me, they cleared and surpassed all those counselling sessions and are living with clarity and ease, and training and eating on track, losing the weight and feeling confident, grounded, and alive again!
