In all my work, my job is to help WAKE women up to their health, their bodies, their potential and their spirit.
See, most people are, what I call, sleep-walking through their life: They are in a robotic state, simply responding to the events of their life, doing and living according to traditions and expectations that are built by society, by self, from our parents, our generation, how we are raised....
And we often don't question it....because we weren't taught to.
But today's freedom thinkers, today's empowered woman is moving away from the 'GroupThink' and learning to ask better questions, demand more from her life, reach for the stars...
When I get on a call with a woman, I am automatically listening to her words, her tone, her phrasing.
And many times I ask the deeper questions, going beyond their story of wanting to lose the weight, build metabolism, re-shape her body, turn abck the hands of time...ALL do-able and ALL worthwhile, yes!
But then we get into her dreams, her desires, what's working, what's not.
And we find that it's all linked...because the loss of motivation, the excess weight, they are not the problem, they are a symptom.
Because when you are alive, excited, living on purpose and living with joy and energy, then feeding and moving your body becomes a natural state of being, and one that you take on, because it's not 'what you do', it's 'who you are'. The food and the exercise becomes your Life Statement, your promise to Self, living from a higher standard and a greater desire to live fully, inside and out.
That is why I do what I do, to help nourish a woman's body and soul, because we have been thirsting for this very thing for years...all our lives perhaps.
It's never too late ladies, to Step into your Greatness, with a healthy, lean, happy body and a strong, powerful, fully engaged and awake Mindset that says 'This is my life, and This is how I am going to live it."
And when you live from this place, you are sending all that lovely energy out into the world.....just imagine the possibilities for you, your family and your community at large.
I fully believe that we are responsible for our lives, and to engage and live fully from the best of ourselves.
